Vivien White - Business Director
Vivien is a dynamic, enthusiastic and inspirational individual who is passionate about people, business and property.
With over 20 years property experience in both the UK and abroad in South Africa, Vivien has achieved great success based on a solid foundation of sales and management training. She was awarded for her unsurpassed excellence and consistent high standard of real estate professionalism, culminating in receiving the Top National Property Broker position in 2001 for Wakefields; the largest real estate company in South Africa.
Immigrating to the UK with her three children at the end of 2001, Vivien established herself conservatively in the real estate and financial environment gaining invaluable market experience and business to business exposure.
This experience prepared and propelled her to launch her own property businesses.
1. New Leaf Homes, a local independent property marketing firm specialising in residential lettings, lease options, property sales and management.
2. Windows of Wealth, a networking platform for business owners and investors to come together to share contacts, ideas and new authentic ventures with those who are seeking that 'window of opportunity'.
Sarah Meaker - Marketing Director
Sarah is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate, creative and analytical.
With over 8 years experience, working in some of the country's top property PR and creative marketing agencies, Sarah has gained invaluable insight into the importance of brand management.
Sarah does the majority of the office management & finance and heads up the marketing and brand management of New Leaf Homes. Along with running her own consulting agency, Sarah also serves as the Business Team Director for Eternity Church, Guildford.
Sarah brings a huge amount of support to the business and is an invaluable member of the team.
Warren Bosch - IT Manager
Warren has become an invaluable member of the team, heading up the IT for the company. Having previously co-owned an Industrial Supply company in South Africa, Warren's IT career started as a Microsoft Certified Trainer teaching Microsoft Office and various bespoke applications consulting to different Training Academies within South Africa.
Once moving to the UK, he worked as an in-house Microsoft Trainer for an International Head-Hunter, which evolved to 2nd level support as part of the internal IT Support team. With all the experience gained and the ambition to set up on his own, Tek24 was created. Currenlty, just a few years after setting up, this modest IT support company is growing from strength to strength, focusing mainly on improving the productivity and costs of many small businesses and home users.
Jo Ann Ross - Property Listing Associate
Jo Ann is a highly motivated, 'people person' with a long history in the property development game. Owning her own properties abroad, she is now concentrating her efforts in the UK, specialising in West Surrey, particularly Staines and surrounding areas.
Her working background includes running her own company, producing magazines and catalogues; as well as being the regional manager for the international Pharmaceutical firm, Abbott Laboratories.
Jo Ann takes great interest in self development, keenly following International Rotary and programmes like 'Young Achievers'. Her hobbies have included most equine sport, but she now confines herself to cycling and walking. She also revels in three lovely grandchildren.
Faith Tarby - Property Listing Associate
Faith is a lady with extreme passion for both people and property and will always go the extra mile to make the right match.
Having been involved in the property business for over 15 years, Faith is confident in finding the right people for specific properties for both sales and lettings and will work extremely hard to meet everyone's requirements successfully.
Originally from South Africa, Faith now lives in Surrey along with her two daughters and is ready to relaunch her successful property carreer.
